Concerned about being turned off? Due to COVID-19, we are not assessing any late fees or disconnections on Residential Accounts until May 18, 2020. There is no need to request an extension during this period.
Plese email us at UtilityHoldRequest@cityofhendersonky.org and let us know when and how much you can pay so we can note your accounts. We strongly suggest paying what you can to reduce the strain of paying one lump sum at a later date.
If any owner of rental properties would like to be added to our phone/auto list please fill out an Authorization Form and return with copy off deeds if not already recorded at our office. This will allow you to call, email, or have utilities put back in your name after a tenant has requested they be taken out of their name. If a tenant’s account is close to non-payment this contract will not apply.
To notify us of new tenants, close an existing account which we have an ongoing Landlord contract, or inquire about any rental properties in your name, email LandlordRequest@cityofhendersonky.org.
To find out your current property tax value or to verify a tax payment, please contact TaxInquiry@cityofhendersonky.org with your parcel id or address.
