Can I change the due date of my utility bill?
No, the area in which your account is located establishes the due date.

Can I pay my utility bill by credit / debit card or over the phone?
We now accept credit and debit card payments by telephone and through this website. Please see the Online Payments page for additional information. Debit cards are accepted for payments made at the Municipal Center (City Building).

Do I have to come to the Municipal Center to sign up for, or turn off, utility services?
Yes, this policy was established for your protection. It keep other people from having your utility services turned off.

How can I sign up for utility budget payment?
Just download and complete the Budget Billing Request Form and mail or deliver to the City Building. If you have any questions, please contact our office at (270) 831-1200 and ask to speak to an account representative.

Why do I have to have a picture ID when I have my utilities turned on or off?
This policy was established for the protection of the customer. Other people will not be able to put utility services in your name.
6.
Can I buy a boat launch sticker by mail?
Yes. Send in a check or money order payable to the City of Henderson for the amount of $10 to:
