HENDERSON, Ky, – The City of Henderson’s Public Works Department has been on the lookout for potholes ever since that two-week stretch of sub-freezing weather, followed by a major snowstorm and a thaw.
That type of weather is always harsh on pavement. Potholes have been popping up all over town, and on good-weather days crews have been working on them as well as on places where pavement has heaved.
Citizens are always welcome to call 270-831-1234 to report a problem, but can also visit www.cityofhendersonky.org to make a report. Both options are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
There’s a “Pothole Complaint Form” button right in the middle of the home page. One click pulls up a simple form to fill in and submit.
The Public Works Department will then add the location to their work list.
