HENDERSON, Ky. -- Habitat for Humanity of Henderson will accept applications for Habitat homebuilds for 2017 and 2018 through March 31.
Due to overwhelming community and grant support in 2015-2016, Henderson Habitat was able to build four homes in one year. Henderson Habitat is currently building a home at 719 Lieber St. for Meredith Cook and her young son. Henderson Habitat is searching for qualified applicants who would like to become partners and become recipients of a Habitat Home.
Interested applicants should call the Henderson Habitat Affiliate offices at 270-826-0015 and speak with Britney or Michelle. They can also email firstname.lastname@example.org to request that a packet be emailed or mailed.
Applicants can also come to the Affiliate Offices during regular business hours and pick-up an application. The offices are located a 132 Carlisle St. immediately before the Second Street overpass (also the new location of the Habitat ReStore).
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity’s mission is to bring people together to build houses, build hope and change lives.
